The Olympic Torch Cocktail

I was introduced to Fireball Whiskey last month and what a revelation it was! The second I tasted the sweet spicy liquor, I knew I had to incorporate it into my Olympic Games Viewing Party! Due to its fiery nature, I decided to pair it with some spicy ginger beer and call the drink the Olympic Torch.



It's so simple to make.
  • 5 muddled maraschino cherries
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 2 shots fireball whiskey
  • 1/3 cup ginger beer

Drop the cherries into a low ball glass and muddle them up nicely until the juices are released. Add two ice cubes and pour the whiskey and ginger beer over the top. Drink it through a short red straw.
